Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for our scheduled meeting time. Please be mindful of the agreed-upon time, as any lateness beyond 10 minutes will cut into your assigned shooting hour. Additionally, should the delay extend past 15 minutes, I may consider rescheduling the appointment at my discretion.
